About a week and a half ago, we asked you to nominate your favorite OWC product for The Unofficial Apple Weblog’s “Best of 2011” awards poll. Well, with your help, we got not just one, but two products nominated: The Data Doubler and our Mercury 6G SSDs. While that was certainly an honor, we were concerned it would split the vote.
We shouldn’t have worried, however, since our loyal readers and customers managed to not only ensure OWC’s products were highly ranked, but also that they ranked together.
We don’t know how you guys did it, but when the results came in, both the Data Doubler and our 6G SSDs managed to garner 24.2% of the votes each, tying them for first place.
Our thanks go out to the TUAW crew for the honors and—of course—to you, our loyal customers, who voted for us.
