OWC Closed to Observe Independence Day

Wednesday, July 4th, 2012 | Author:

From all of us at Other World Computing, we would like to wish all of our customers a fun and festive Fourth of July.

Independence Day is celebrated every Fourth of July in the United States, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.

In observance of the national holiday, we will be closed for business on Wednesday, July 4, but resuming all operations on Thursday, July 5.

A reminder regarding orders in transit on Wednesday: U.S. National Holidays are not included in the number of transit days it takes to deliver your OWC orders. For example, an order placed before noon via Overnight Service on Tuesday, July 3rd, should be expected on Thursday, July 5th. An order that ships at the same time via a 2nd Day service should be expected the following Friday. Likewise, an order that normally takes four days transit, should be expected to take five as our carrier services are also observing Independence Day on July 4th.
