We’re not usually ones to simply repost other articles, but this one got everybody around the office chuckling, so we decided to share it with you.
Oprah plugs Surface tablet — from her iPad
Yes, you read that right – Oprah just Tweeted how much she loves her new MS Surface tablet – and did it from an iPad.
Take a second to let the irony sink in.
Just to make things more amusing, recall that the iPad itself was a “favorite thing ever” in 2010; it seems to have maintained its longevity.

One should note that someone on Oprah’s staff may have sent the tweet. In any case, it brings to mind the Windows commercial that was created on a Mac (based on the metadata with the file) and the infamous photo at a Microsoft presentation, taken for the side of the podium, clearly showing a glowing Apple on the lid of the laptop on the podium.
That is fantastic.
Such a simple little oversight, speaks volumes.
