  • This is what I’ve been waiting for. Thanks.

Do you have any plans to make x4 PCIe connection version? I believe it is a default for Mac Pro and much faster than x2 PCIe.

  • It seems to me that ” up to 730 MB/s ” are very few in comparison with the wineskin 900 MB/s I’ve seen repeatedly detected by the original 256GB Apple.
Even the 1TB SSD in rMRP reaches and exceeds 1100 MB/s … so …
    Which controller have on board?

  • Impressive. Most impressive.

Is there an especially *good* way one might also use the 2TB OWC Aura SSD for Mac Pro to put together external RAID 0 arrays — preferably bootable?

    • The 2TB OWC Aura SSD for mac Pro will only work inside the 2013 Mac Pro. The Envoy enclosure is only for the Apple original SSD, the 2013 Mac Pro Aura will not work inside it.

    • The original Mac Pro SSD is compatible, so this probably is as well. The only issue I guess is heat.
