Get Your (Paper) Apple Watch Today!

Paper Apple Watch Cutouts

So many decisions, so little time before you get to pre-order your Apple Watch starting April 10, 2015. Do you go with the 38mm or 42mm case, and what band will actually fit your wrist? There’s no need to worry, since an enterprising developer has made a PDF document containing cutouts of all of the watches and their accompanying wristbands.

All you need to do is head over to the ExactFitnessApps.com website and download the document. Before you send the document to your printer, make absolutely sure that you have your printer set to output the document at 100% scale — many printers will scale down the document to 92% or thereabouts in order to fit the PDF footer onto the page. Let’s just say that a scaled-down print of an Apple Watch probably won’t fit anyone’s wrist…

I had personally been wavering between the 38mm and 42mm Watch Sport with the regular sport band. That band comes in two sizes — S/M and M/L, and I wasn’t sure which one would fit me. Thanks to this PDF, I was able to find the exact watch that didn’t look too big (yep, the 38mm) and the band that would comfortably fit my wrist (M/L). Now I know for sure that the watch won’t look like an iPad strapped to my arm and can be confident that the sport band will fit.
