U.S., Canada, Australia Customers Can Now Download Data from Apple

The ability for customers to download data via Apple’s Data and Privacy portal is now available in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The feature was first rolled out for European countries earlier this year.

Through the portal, Apple customers can download a copy of the data that is associated with their Apple ID. Data included is from calendars, reminders, photos, and documents stored in iCloud, as well as purchase history, Game Center activity, and history from AppleCare support.

Users should receive their data from Apple within seven days of making the request through the portal. The feature is expected to be rolled out worldwide in the coming months.
